By reporting a recovered North American Bird Banding Program band, you will help in the management of our continental migratory birds.  When you report your band number, you will be asked for information on when and where you encountered the bird or band.  You can keep the band.  You also will receive a Certificate of Appreciation for all reported bands.  If you report on-line, you will immediately receive feedback on the band number reported.
